I’m currently unable to access my Autel DS900BT device. The screen PIN code that was working previously is now being rejected, and I cannot access any part of the system.

Since this model does not have volume buttons, I am unable to perform a standard factory reset.

Could you please assist me with resetting or unlocking the device?
